Our client, a pediatric therapy practice, is looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator to support operations remotely.

This part-time role (Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM CDT) focuses on phone inquiries, new patient intake, scheduling, and EHR data accuracy using Jane.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, has healthcare admin experience, and can work independently, coordinating referrals and keeping the practice organized.

Qualifications

• Healthcare admin experience required, preferably in a medical office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong phone and written communication.
• Experience with patient intake, scheduling, and insurance verification helpful.
• Familiarity with Jane EHR or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and document inquiries.
• Assist with new patient intake, collecting and organizing required information.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients.
• Maintain patient information in the Jane EHR system with accuracy.
• Provide back-end administrative support as needed.
• Lead weekly update meetings and communicate progress clearly.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative to keep operations running smoothly.
