Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination.
• Familiarity with physical therapy or rehabilitation workflows is preferred.
• Strong English written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to handle scheduling, charting, and administrative tasks accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls in real time and address inquiries.
• Route calls using RingCentral and promptly return missed calls.
• Take accurate notes and assist with clinical documentation in WebPT.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments and send reminders via RingCentral and AppToto.
