The position is part of a 24/7/365 remote operations team, serving Spanish-speaking residents with wellness conversations and system education.

The ideal candidate holds a Valid Nursing License in the Philippines or the US, with geriatric or emergency care exposure, and can translate between English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Nursing license valid in the Philippines or the US.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (Hispanic dialect) required or advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare support, remote monitoring, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment in time-sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of a real-time 24/7/365 remote monitoring portal.
• Respond to fall detection alerts and coordinate timely intervention.
• Engage with Spanish-speaking residents; provide system education and wellness check-ins.
• Maintain accurate resident profiles; ensure data integrity at all times.
• Participate in data analysis from the system and support policy development.
• Uphold protocols and quality standards for remote care operations.
• Coordinate with colleagues and management for seamless communication and escalation.
• Contribute to resident wellness by integrating wellness-focused practices.
• Attend administrative meetings and relay updates to teams.
