You will conduct initial intake conversations in English and Spanish, build rapport, and document essential client information with care and accuracy.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication.
Demonstrated experience delivering empathetic, client-centered service in high-volume environments.
Ability to use consultative sales to convert leads into clients without high-pressure tactics.
Comfortable working remotely with reliable tech setup and flexible hours including later-day shifts.
Excellent listening, questioning, and relationship-building abilities for first-contact intake.
Experience in legal intake or personal injury context is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary intake contact for prospective clients via phone and messaging, delivering a high-touch experience in English and Spanish.
Convert qualified leads into signed clients using a consultative, relationship-based approach.
Explain the intake process and set clear expectations for next steps with clients.
Gather and document essential client information through natural conversation and appropriate follow-up questions.
Provide optional later-hour and weekend intake coverage as needed.
Operate RingCentral and other firm tools to maintain accurate client data and coordinate with attorneys.
