Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 3–4 years in customer service, BPO, or call center roles.
• Experience in client support and handling sensitive information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries empathetically.
• Conduct initial client interviews and document details accurately.
• Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
• Assist qualified clients through intake and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client records in company systems.
• Prepare intake forms and required documentation.
• Support client satisfaction initiatives and follow ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and referral partners.
