• Tech savvy and familiar with CRM, cloud services, and other tools

Responsibilities

• Handle English- and Mandarin-speaking customer inquiries, calls, messages, and CRM records
• Prepare/review estimates, product details, pricing, and order information
• Send invoices, collect deposits, follow up with customers, and support scheduling
