Job summary

Private Advertiser is hiring a Tier 1 bilingual Customer Service Representative to support English and Mandarin-speaking customers. You will be the frontline ambassador across voice, email, and live chat, delivering timely and empathetic solutions.

You will translate when needed, document interactions in our CRM, and escalate more complex issues with clear notes. Strong language skills, fast typing, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Mandarin and English language proficiency required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or BPO; fresh graduates considered.
• Typing speed 35–40 WPM and basic IT/system navigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries across voice, email, and live chat in English and Mandarin.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues and resolve account, billing, and basic technical questions.
• Translate customer concerns and company policies between English and Mandarin when needed.
• Identify complex issues and escalate with clear documentation.
• Log interactions and resolutions in the CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk).
• Meet CSAT, AHT, and QA targets with strong customer advocacy.
