Job summary

Torero Global Outsourcing Corp. is seeking a Prequalification & Tender Coordinator for a well-established architecture client in Ireland.

The role oversees the bid pipeline, monitors government procurement portals, and ensures timely submission of prequalification and tender documents from a structured library. The position is full-time, freelance, onsite initially, with graveyard/night shift hours aligned to IST.

Qualifications

• Clear written English; ability to summarize long documents accurately.
• Experience with public procurement or bid/tender documents is a plus.
• Background in architecture/engineering/construction is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement portal daily and log new opportunities.
• Summarize opportunities and prepare weekly pipeline reports.
• Compile prequalification requirements and manage forms and declarations.
• Support Bid Manager during tender stage with submissions and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with external consultants and government contacts.
• Keep document library and templates current and provide broader document support.
