Job summary

Turnitin, a global education technology company, is hiring a Bid Administrator to streamline the bid lifecycle across RFPs and tenders. You’ll manage procurement portals, tracking, and SME contributions, ensuring timely submissions and consistent brand messaging.

You will optimize the knowledgebase, work with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales, and coordinate cross-functional content updates for proposals. Remote-first culture with regional collaboration in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Bid Administrator or Tender Coordinator.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work local hours for the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative process for security questionnaires, RFPs and tenders.
• Maintain RFP/Tender tracking to ensure real-time accuracy.
• Manage e-procurement portal requirements end to end and alert monitoring.
• Triage new opportunities from tender scraping and qualify them.
• Design and optimize content repository for searchability and automated responses.
• Collaborate with SMEs to refine content into consistent style and tone.
• Coordinate and complete standardized proposal documents with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead content reviews to ensure accuracy and security of master responses.
