Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Junior Business Development & Tender Coordinator to support Australian sales by identifying construction opportunities, coordinating plans, and managing tender documents. This is a homebased role with a regular dayshift schedule.

You will monitor EstimateOne for residential and commercial opportunities, liaise with builders and estimators, and maintain accurate project records in a CRM or spreadsheet, helping handover to the Australian

Qualifications

• Experience using EstimateOne.
• Understanding of Australian construction tender process.
• Ability to read architectural, building and joinery plans.
• Experience with builders, estimators, subcontractors or suppliers.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EstimateOne for relevant residential and commercial project opportunities.
• Review and qualify leads based on project type, location, tender stage and suitability.
• Contact builders and estimators to request plans, specifications and tender documents.
• Review architectural and joinery plans to identify stone requirements.
• Send plans to approved fabricators and stonemasons for pricing.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and tender deadlines.
• Record all project, builder, fabricator and quotation details in a spreadsheet or CRM.
• Track each opportunity through the tender and sales pipeline.
• Prepare a weekly report covering projects identified, builders contacted, plans received, quotations requested and pricing returned.
• Handover qualified opportunities to the Australian Sales team with complete project information.
