Job summary

You will assist the Bid Manager and Commercial team by coordinating inputs, maintaining bid documentation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across the opportunity lifecycle. You will contribute to high-quality client submissions and efficient bid processes, with an emphasis on organization, teamwork, and detail.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of administration experience in tender or project coordination.
• Experience in proposals and document formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bid materials, maintain summaries and trackers.
• Format and organize draft proposals and templates.
• Maintain pipeline documents and internal reports.
• Support travel, onboarding and general administrative tasks.
