Expounder Corporation is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) / Cold Caller to join our growing team. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, qualify prospects, and drive meetings for Expounder's recruitment services.

The role emphasizes English fluency, a strong phone presence, and a track record of hitting targets in a fast-paced environment. Onsite or hybrid setup with potential for WFH based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, sales, or business development.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• 1–2 years of staffing/recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient, coachable and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling (150-180+ dials daily).
• Connect with decision-makers and introduce Expounder's recruitment services.
• Qualify prospects and generate meetings and business opportunities.
• Handle objections and conduct follow-ups using provided scripts and frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs and performance targets.
