Job summary

magentIQ is hiring a Business Development Representative to own the early sales process from target account research to discovery meeting bookings. You will engage VP-level and director-level decision-makers, qualify prospects against the ICP, and use email, LinkedIn, phone, video, CRM, and AI-enabled tools to build a strong, well-documented pipeline.

You’ll work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to drive outbound success and pipeline

Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional style.
• Comfort engaging senior stakeholders including VP-level and C-suite.
• Strong multi-channel prospecting across email, social, and phone.
• Strong research and personalization with tailored outreach.
• CRM proficiency and data hygiene discipline.
• Self-directed, organized, resilient and target-driven.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, phone, and video.
• Research target accounts and contacts using sales intelligence tools.
• Personalize outreach to senior leaders.
• Qualify prospects against ICP and priorities.
• Uncover customer needs and pain points through consultative questions.
• Articulate magentIQ’s value proposition and hand off to Account Executives when needed.
• Maintain engagement and handle objections through multi-touch cadences.
• Book and confirm qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Follow up with registrants from events and webinars to convert interest.
• Keep HubSpot CRM updated with activities, notes, and next steps.
• Track activity against KPIs and sourced pipeline.
• Share market intelligence with Marketing and RevOps.
