Job summary

MagentIQ is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to design, document, and translate business and technical requirements across AI, software, and automation initiatives in a fully remote role based in the Philippines.

You'll produce structured specifications, map processes, run discovery sessions with US-based stakeholders, and drive standardization to ensure clarity and successful delivery across global projects.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years as a Technical BA, Systems Analyst, or Product BA.
• Experience creating client-facing specifications and process documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools (Miro, draw.io, etc.).
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and high-level solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Own documentation & design: specs, functional and technical requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.
• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and workflows.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders; lead walkthroughs and reviews.
• Improve templates, structure, and visual clarity across deliverables.
