The role requires clear English communication, precise follow-up emails, and disciplined task execution. You will follow instructions, learn from feedback, and align with Bond’s calling days and time zone.

Qualifications

• Experience making outbound sales calls or booking appointments.
• US calling experience preferred; Canada/UK or other English-speaking markets acceptable.
• Clear spoken English with good listening and concise follow-up emails.
• Confident calling prospects, asking for meetings without being pushy.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn from feedback, and keep accurate notes.
• Reliable attendance and completion of agreed tasks.
• Honest, respectful behaviour with prospects and colleagues.
• Must be able to work Bond’s calling days, hours and time zone.
