Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a remote Sales Development / Lead Generation Representative to prospect US-based SMBs from the Philippines. The role targets setting meetings for the US sales team and offers performance-based incentives alongside a base wage.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, aligned with US Eastern business hours (9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET). Compensation: $6/hour plus incentives; benefits include health insurance stipend, holidays, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years phone-based inside sales experience
• 1+ years outbound B2B cold-calling experience
• Strong English fluency (spoken and written)
• Confident communicator, comfortable with unscripted conversations
• Coachable mindset with ability to absorb scripts and adjust
• Reliable wired high-speed Internet connection (not Wi‑Fi)
• Quiet, uninterrupted workspace/environment
• Availability for 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri (US/Eastern hours)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based business contacts using provided call lists
• Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations and listening for buying signals
• Secure qualified meetings for senior sales reps to follow up
• Hit call and meeting-setting targets consistently
• Join weekly team calls and bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions to sharpen skills
