Tavor Perry is seeking a driven B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to build new buyer relationships across international markets. You will research target lists, make outbound calls, qualify buyers, and turn conversations into RFQs that generate quote requests.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or cold calling.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that international buyers can follow easily
• Strong sales skills, including objection handling, qualifying, and securing the next step
• Strong research and list-building skills for finding and verifying contacts
• Comfort with CRMs, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp for business communication
• Ability to work toward KPIs and targets
• Steady-handed, scrupulous, and productive in a remote, self-directed setup
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Aufgaben

• Phone traders and distributors in assigned regions with outbound B2B sales calls
• Research and build target lists, adding to an existing database of potential buyers
• Qualify prospects by pinpointing decision-makers, buying needs, and purchase potential
• Generate RFQs and pass them on for quoting and follow-up
• Keep conversations moving through follow-ups by phone and WhatsApp
• Learn the products, pricing approach, and ideal customer profile so you can speak with credibility
• Track call activity and report on KPIs, including RFQs raised per call
• Keep accurate records of conversations, contacts, and pipeline status
• Share feedback on objections, market trends, and lead quality to sharpen the approach
• Support expansion into additional regions and buyer types as the role grows
