vamasters, Inc. is seeking a driven B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to reach traders and distributors worldwide, converting conversations into quote requests. You will research target buyers, build lists, make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and drive RFQs.

In this role, you will maintain CRM records, track KPIs, and collaborate with the team to expand into new regions. A confident, clear communicator with strong English is essential to succeed in international markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or cold calling.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that international buyers can follow easily.
• Strong sales skills, including objection handling, qualifying, and securing the next step.
• Strong research and list-building skills for finding and verifying contacts.
• Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp for business communication.
• Ability to work toward KPIs and targets.
• Principled, painstaking, and self-managing in your day-to-day work.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Phone traders and distributors in assigned regions with outbound B2B sales calls.
• Build and research target lists, adding to an existing database of potential buyers.
• Qualify prospects by pinpointing decision-makers, buying needs, and purchase potential.
• Turn qualified conversations into RFQs and pass them over for quoting and follow-up.
• Keep prospects engaged through phone and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Get to know the products, pricing approach, and ideal customer profile well enough to speak credibly.
• Log call activity and report on KPIs, including RFQs raised per call.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, contacts, and pipeline status.
• Feed back what you learn about objections, market trends, and lead quality to sharpen the approach.
• Help open up additional regions and buyer types as the role grows.
