Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a driven B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to open new buyer relationships and generate RFQs across international markets. You will research target lists, make outbound calls, qualify buyers, and convert conversations into RFQs.

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator with a sales-first mindset who will own their results and contribute to team growth. The role focuses on researching buyers, expanding regional coverage, and meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or cold calling.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that international buyers understand.
• Strong sales skills including objection handling, qualifying, and closing the next step.
• Strong research and list-building skills for finding and verifying contacts.
• Comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp for business communication.
• Ability to work toward KPIs and targets.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B sales calls to traders and distributors in assigned regions.
• Research and build target lists, expanding an existing database of potential buyers.
• Qualify prospects by identifying decision-makers, buying needs, and purchase potential.
• Generate RFQs and hand them off for quoting and follow-up.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and WhatsApp to keep conversations moving.
• Learn the products, pricing approach, and ideal customer profile to speak with credibility.
• Track call activity and report on KPIs, including RFQs raised per call.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, contacts, and pipeline status.
• Share feedback on objections, market trends, and lead quality to improve the approach.
• Support expansion into additional regions and buyer types as the role grows.
