Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive growth by managing and closing B2B opportunities across flexible workspace, seat leasing, and PayPlus payroll solutions. You will self-source deals via cold calling, door-to-door visits, field prospecting, and networking, handling the full sales cycle from discovery to MSAs and SLAs.

The role requires a heavily proactive approach, with ongoing pipeline management in a CRM and regular forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on B2B sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven ability to self-source leads through cold calls and networking.
• Strong negotiation, discovery calls, and closing mid-market deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage B2B opportunities across workspace and payroll solutions.
• Conduct site tours and pitch tailored workspace and PayPlus offerings.
• Own discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing with MSAs and SLAs.
• Cross-sell PayPlus, recruitment, and related HR services.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure margins.
• Maintain CRM, track activity, and provide sales forecasts.
