Job summary

About the Role

Penbrothers is looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive growth by managing and closing B2B opportunities across flexible workspace, seat leasing, and PayPlus payroll solutions.

While the role receives some inbound inquiries, it requires a heavily proactive and outbound-driven sales professional. You will actively self-source deals via cold calling, door-to-door office visits, field prospecting, and networking, while managing the full sales cycle—from initial discovery and physical site tours to proposal customization, legal/finance alignment, and deal closing.

What You'll Do

• Proactive Prospecting & Lead Generation: Heavily drive outbound business development through cold calls, field/door-to-door office visits, networking, and self-sourced opportunities, alongside qualifying inbound leads.
• Site Tours & Solution Pitching: Conduct physical office walk-throughs across all Penbrothers sites in Metro Manila (Sheridan, OPL, TEC, and Petron) to validate workspace requirements (desk counts, move-in timelines, layouts).
• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage B2B opportunities from initial discovery call and scoping to proposal, negotiation, and closing master service agreements (MSAs), seat leases, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Cross-Selling & Scoping Solutions: Pitch and scope PayPlus payroll solutions based on client headcount, pay schedules, and compliance needs, while cross-selling recruitment, RPO, and EOR services.
• Deal Desk & Internal Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and workspace teams to pass custom seat builds and tailored PayPlus terms through internal checks to ensure margin targets and local labor compliance.
• Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date prospect notes, deal stages, and outbound activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), and prepare regular sales forecasts.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on consultative B2B sales experience, ideally coming from commercial real estate, flex-office/coworking, HR technology, payroll services, or BPO/outsourcing.
• Proactive Outbound Mindset: Proven track record in self-sourcing leads through cold calling, door-to-door field prospecting, and active networking.
• Deal Closing Capabilities: Strong track record in running discovery calls, negotiating lease terms and service agreements, and closing mid-market or key account B2B deals.
• Industry Acumen: Solid understanding of the Philippine BPO/outsourcing landscape, seat leasing models, and local payroll/HR compliance.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or any standard CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive).
• Mobility & Flexibility: Willingness and capability to regularly visit client offices and lead physical site tours across all Penbrothers locations in Metro Manila.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling enterprise inquiries and managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple internal and client-side stakeholders.
• Direct experience selling workspace leasing, HR services, Employer of Record (EOR), or payroll technology.
