Cartrack in Metro Manila is seeking a Software Sales Executive (B2B) focused on new business acquisition. You will hunt for corporate and SME clients, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals through a structured sales process.

The role requires cold calling, field visits, and strong pipeline management. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear opportunities for career progression and earnings through commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years B2B sales experience in hunter or new business development.
• Proven ability in daily cold calling and field engagement.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new B2B clients through daily cold calling, field visits, networking and social selling.
• Build, track, and manage a healthy pipeline from scratch using our CRM system.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations of Cartrack's products and solutions.
• Understand customer challenges, prepare custom quotations, and close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales quotas.
