Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a confident outbound sales professional to turn warm leads into opportunities in a niche medical device sector. You’ll use phone, HubSpot, and multi-channel outreach to book appointments and close deals.

You'll work remotely with EST hours (9am–6pm) and manage high-volume follow-ups, track KPIs, and contribute to ongoing growth for North American clients in orthotics and prosthetics. A disciplined, self-motivated approach and proficiency with CRM like HubSpot are essential

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales with a track record of closing on the phone.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.
• Ability to manage outreach across multiple communication channels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Distribute media packs to warm leads across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn channels.
• Conduct high-volume outbound follow-up calls to convert prospects into appointments or closed deals.
• Manage and update lead records and outreach activity within HubSpot.
• Execute persistent multi-touch follow-up sequences until a definitive response is received.
• Track and report on outreach metrics including calls made, responses received, and appointments set.
• Nurture prospect relationships within a niche medical device and orthotics/prosthetics market.
