Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to confirm contact information and verify CRM data accuracy.
• Gauge prospect interest levels in the client’s products through conversational outreach.
• Update and maintain detailed call notes and prospect records within HubSpot after each interaction.
• Follow established call scripts and email templates to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Qualify and validate leads before routing them to internal sales reps.
• Support outreach across multiple business divisions as needed.
