Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven cold calling and appointment setting experience with US clients (B2B strongly preferred).
• Highly proficient spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• A track record of hitting call and booked-meeting targets with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US physician practices, home health agencies, SNFs and senior living communities.
• Get past front desk staff to reach practice managers and decision-makers.
• Educate offices on how Total Life supports patients and Medicare programs like CMS ACCESS Model.
• Book qualified meetings between prospects and the partnerships team.
• Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns and conferences.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in the CRM (HubSpot).
• Share weekly results and feedback on scripts and objections.
