Job summary

Total Life, a US telehealth company, is seeking an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to open doors with US healthcare organizations. The role is fully remote from the Philippines and aligned to US business hours, focusing on physician practices and senior care providers.

You will reach decision-makers, educate offices on Total Life services and CMS programs, and book qualified meetings with our partnerships team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven cold calling and appointment setting with US clients.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear neutral accent.
• Track record of hitting call and booked-meeting targets; share your numbers.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot strongly preferred) and dialer tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US physician practices and senior care providers.
• Reach practice managers and decision-makers beyond front desk staff.
• Educate offices on Total Life services and CMS programs.
• Book qualified meetings between prospects and the partnerships team.
• Log every call, outcome and next step in HubSpot CRM; share weekly results.
