Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Booking meetings with business owners or decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken English with a confident phone manner.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound cold calls to local businesses from our prospect database.
• Introduce services to business owners and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by asking the right questions and identifying the decision-maker.
• Respond quickly to hot leads that arrive through our CRM.
• Book in-person meetings for the owner with interested businesses.
• Handle objections professionally and move conversations toward a booked appointment.
• Schedule callbacks with prospects not ready to commit.
• Log call outcomes and next steps in the CRM accurately.
• Track daily call activity and appointments booked.
