Qualifications

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients.
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs and goals
