Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Growth Backer / Outbound Sales Representative / Sales and Marketing Specialist / Business Development Specialist to drive outbound outreach and high-volume prospecting from a remote setting. You will qualify leads, book appointments with business owners, and present consultative solutions through a structured sales process.

A background in BPO or telco/fintech recruitment sales is a plus, with opportunities to grow and earn in dollars.

Qualifications

• 2 years BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients.
• Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
• High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
• CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
• Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospects using company-provided scripts and outreach sequences.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and book appointments with business owner.
• Conduct high-quality Business Evaluation Meetings with pre-qualified leads to assess client needs, pain points, and goals to deliver compelling, consultative presentations aligned with company solutions and client objectives.
