Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a loan processor for an Australian mortgage brokerage.
• Proficient in ApplyOnline, MyCRM and lender portals.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end loan applications with zero errors via ApplyOnline and lender portals.
• Independently handle simple residential files from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the Credit Specialist on complex files and manage MIRs.
• Liaise with lenders to push files to approval and communicate with clients during processing.
• Assist in documenting workflows and templates to scale operations.
