Job summary

Scale-X Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Estimator / Contract Administrator VA to support Australian residential and commercial projects. The role combines estimating, project coordination, contract administration, procurement, and financial management support while working remotely from the Philippines.

The ideal candidate can manage document workflows, assist with tenders, and liaise with builders and teams throughout the project lifecycle, in Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction estimating or contract administration.
• Experience in the Australian construction industry.
• Proficient with Wunderbuild and Microsoft Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Prepare Bill Of Quantities and review drawings/specifications.
• Assist with tender submissions, pricing, and bid follow-ups.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Draft and email trade scopes to subcontractors; manage variations.
• Support pricing reviews and automate processes where possible.
• Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain project records, procurement, and financial reporting.
