Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction estimating, contract administration, or project coordination.
• Experience in Australian residential and commercial construction environments.
• Proficiency with Cubit Estimating and Wunderbuild for estimating and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare Bill Of Quantities and pricing from drawings and specs.
• Assist with tender submissions and follow ups.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Prepare trade scopes for subcontractors and manage procurement.
• Coordinate project documentation, budgeting, and reporting.
• Track milestones, costs, and project deliverables.
• Support contract administration and invoicing processes.
