Job summary

Koruna Assist Back Office Solution Inc. seeks a mortgage loan processor to manage pre-credit functions across loan types. You will assess income, serviceability and equity, and develop strategies to meet clients’ needs while liaising with clients and credit teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage broking, lending, or credit support.
• Confident understanding of residential home loan credit policy.
• Experience using ApplyOnline and/or aggregator platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple files simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for pre-credit functions of the loan process for any types of loans.
• Assessing client’s income, serviceability, and available equity.
• Assessing client’s financial status and requirements and developing financial strategies to meet client’s needs and best interest.
• Researching and analyzing financial products that best meet client’s requirements.
• Completing and submitting loan application processes on behalf of clients.
• Preparing loan and mortgage documents which set out all terms and conditions of the finance.
• Liaising with clients during the pre-assessment process through to loan settlement.
• Dealing with clients, bank BDMs (Business Development Managers), and credit teams directly as well as internal stakeholders.
