Job summary

SourceU is seeking a Mortgage Loan Process Officer for a remote, full-time role supporting an Australian mortgage broker from the Philippines. You will own the full loan lifecycle, perform credit analysis, servicing calculations, and prepare submissions for lodge without rework, working Australian business hours.

You must have hands-on SalesTrekker experience, at least 2 years supporting Australian mortgage brokers, deep knowledge of lender policies, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SalesTrekker experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years supporting Australian mortgage brokers.
• Deep knowledge of Australian lender policies and servicing calculators.
• Experience with PAYG, self-employed, trust and SMSF structures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own each loan file from pre-assessment through settlement and post-settlement.
• Perform detailed credit analysis with servicing calculations and policy interpretation.
• Assess and structure loans across PAYG, self-employed, trust and SMSF.
• Prepare high-quality submissions with clear credit rationale and supporting docs.
• Keep pipeline updated in SalesTrekker with notes and statuses.
• Ensure documents meet NCCP requirements and lender standards.
• Collaborate with broker to raise issues early and propose solutions.
• Track files through settlement and post-settlement follow-up.
