Job description

As an AU Loan Processor, you are responsible for:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to mortgage brokers.
• Liaise with clients to obtain information and documentation required for loan applications.
• Accurately enter and maintain client and application data within CRM systems and
• ApplyOnline.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, and other stakeholders to facilitate
• applications through to settlement.
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications.
• Maintain current knowledge of lender policies, products, and industry requirements through
• ongoing training.
• Follow up with clients and stakeholders via phone and email to obtain outstanding
• information and documentation.
• Research and identify suitable lending solutions based on client requirements.
• Communicate with lender representatives to clarify application requirements and policy
• matters.
• Manage data entry across multiple systems, portals, and databases.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity across internal systems.
• Manage email correspondence and support inbox administration.
• Loan Application Management
• Manage mortgage applications from submission to settlement.
• Verify documents, complete assessments, and prepare lender requirements.
• Lodge applications through CRM and ApplyOnline.
• Liaise with lenders and clients, providing updates and follow-ups.
• Support post-settlement activities and maintain accurate records.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Australian mortgage loan processing experience
• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with Australian mortgage CRMs
• Experience with ApplyOnline
• Strong understanding of Australian lending policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
