Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Australian mortgage experience.
• Previous experience as Loan Processor, Credit Analyst, Parabroker, or similar AU mortgage role.
• Strong understanding of Australian mortgage lending processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Australian mortgage applications.
• Review borrower documentation and supporting information.
• Conduct income and servicing assessments; prepare and submit loan applications.
• Liaise with brokers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist with credit assessment and lender policy research.
