Emapta Philippines seeks an AU Mortgage Loan Processor to independently manage broker-side residential lending from initial assessment through settlement. You will work across salaried and self-employed borrowers, multiple lenders, and loan types while supporting a long‑term global career with Emapta.

Bring 2–3 years of AU mortgage processing experience, strong lender policy knowledge, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on Australian mortgage loan processing experience on the broker side.
• Proven end-to-end loan processing experience from application through settlement for salaried and self-employed applicants.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lender policies, servicing requirements, borrowing capacity, and loan structuring.
• Experience assessing income, assets, liabilities, expenses, and borrowing capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of home, investment, construction, and SMSF loans.
• Exposure to multiple Australian lenders, loan products, and complex lending scenarios.
• Ability to independently manage multiple loan files, lender requirements, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Strong relationship management across brokers, lenders, solicitors, clients, and real estate professionals.
• Hands-on experience with mortgage CRM or loan platforms such as Salestrekker, BrokerEngine, Infyniti, MyCRM, Quickli, Mercury, AOL, or FLEX.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Stable work history and commitment to long-term career growth in Australian mortgage industry.

Aufgaben

• Compile and lodge complete loan application packages with lenders according to submission requirements.
• Prepare loan packages, including Statements of Advice and NCCP documents.
• Manage loan files from lodgement to conditional and unconditional approval, addressing lender conditions.
• Liaise with clients, brokers, lenders, and solicitors to progress applications to settlement.
• Communicate with lender assessors to resolve exceptions and escalations.
• Enter data for new clients and update records; gather supporting documents and close gaps.
• Request pricing discounts and property valuations as needed.
• Prepare post-settlement compliance records and loan breakdown documents.
• Prepare and manage loan discharges for settlement and ongoing loan maintenance.
• Monitor loan applications daily and provide progress updates.
