Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. property management, preferably with large residential communities.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, tenant communications, and rent collection using AppFolio.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and residents.
