Applicants should have 1–2 years in U.S. property management and possess strong communication skills. This remote role emphasizes attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. property management, preferably with large residential communities.
• Proficient in AppFolio with experience in apartment or community-level operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with leasing, tenant communications, and rent collection using AppFolio.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and residents.
• Support application processing, tenant screening, and lease preparation.
