Responsabilités

• Assist with leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.
• Respond to prospective residents and schedule virtual tours.
• Maintain records in AppFolio for prospects and leases.
• Support rent collection and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate remotely with vendors, maintenance, and on-site team.
