Qualifications

• Business (Accounting) degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of property and corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with P&L, balance sheets, group journals, prepayment reconciliations, invoicing.
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle P&L and balance sheet accounting for a small range of properties.
• Perform group journals, prepayment reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Assist across a variety of accounting tasks and support senior management.
