Sharesource, a BCorp company based with operations supporting Australian and Canadian clients, is hiring an experienced Accountant in the Philippines. The role covers month-end close, financial reporting, payroll, and day-to-day accounting tasks with emphasis on AU accounting standards, GST, and BAS.

You will work in a hybrid setup with options for remote collaboration and on-site activities as needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of accounting experience, a tertiary qualification,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience with AU accounting exposure.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis.

Responsabilités

• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Prepare and review journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and accurate transaction recording.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports and analyses.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with forecasting and planning.
• Support AP/AR processes and payroll reconciliations.
• Assist with BAS, GST, and external statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors.
