Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable and B2B Collection.
• Experience with high volume email and multiple databases.
• High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up to ensure timely payment.
• Record collection efforts and customer interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Billing to resolve disputes.
• Prepare custom account statements and assist with cash applications.
