Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. residential property-management experience.
• Direct experience with Accounts Receivable and collections.
• Strong ability to read, review, and reconcile resident ledgers.
• Experience with late notices and collection workflows.
• Familiar with community guideline and lease-compliance cases.
• Proficient in Rent Manager and related workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR, delinquency, and collections processes.
• Prepare notices and track deadlines.
• Maintain compliance cases and documentation in Rent Manager.
• Coordinate with attorneys and management on eligible cases.
• Oversee move-out coordination and handoffs.
