Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage collections and improve cash flow in Metro Manila. You will evaluate customer credit data, negotiate payment plans, and prepare reports for management. Office-based with possible remote work.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in finance or collection roles, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in collections or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial collections and accounts receivable processes.
• Evaluate and assess customer credit data and financial statements to determine risk levels.
• Communicate with customers regarding past due accounts and negotiate payment plans.
• Prepare regular reports on collection activities and account status for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and enhance financial processes.
