Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Resident Services & Maintenance Operations Specialist to support residential property-management operations in Texas, beginning with Beaumont and Galveston, reporting to an Operations Leader. You will be the primary contact for residents, handling inquiries, service orders, maintenance dispatch, renewals, and retention across communities.

Remote coordination with local field teams and Rent Manager will be essential, with on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years of U.S. residential property-management experience.
• Experience in multifamily, manufactured housing, RV, single-family rental, or similar residential property management.
• Strong experience with Rent Manager, Rent Manager Browser, and resident portals is highly preferred.
• Experience with lease renewals and resident retention.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary professional point of contact for existing residents.
• Manage resident communications via calls, texts, emails, and portal messages.
• Research resident accounts, leases, notes, and service history in Rent Manager.
• Resolve resident issues remotely when possible and escalate as needed.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in Rent Manager.
• Manage renewal workflows and track notices to vacate.
• Coordinate with field personnel for on-site work when required.
• Draft and distribute community communications and keep stakeholders informed.
