Qualifications

• Proven experience with property management, asset management, or rehab projects.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Legal Handoff & Title Administration: maintain title/ownership pipeline.
• Home Inventory & Data Management: keep Rent Manager inventory accurate.
• Asset Triage & Decision Support: assess scope, costs and market data for strategies.
• Revenue & Marketing Handoff: notify Leasing & Revenue team when Market Ready.
