Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound collections or related roles.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and merchant gateways.
• Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outbound calls to past-due accounts.
• Negotiate and secure payments to resolve delinquent balances.
• Process customer refunds in QuickBooks and gateways.
• Investigate billing disputes and issue credits/refunds accordingly.
• Log payment promises and refund justifications in the system.
