DCX PH Inc. invites applications for a Home-Based AR Credit & Collections specialist.

You will manage assigned customer accounts from credit approval through payment, including collections calls, processing payments, account adjustments, and reconciliations to keep receivables healthy. The role requires 1–3 years AR/GA experience (3–5 years collections preferred), strong English communication, and ability to work overnight or US hours from the Philippines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience, or 3-5 years of credit and collections experience with strong negotiation skills with commercial accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Account Monitoring & Maintenance: monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, customer reconciliations, and processing credit memos.
• Assisting in the processing and setup of new account applications, pulling credit reports, and sending trade references.
• Collections & Credit Control: making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Releasing orders from credit hold, following company policy and procedures.
• Handling orders requiring pre-payment.
• Payments, Deposits & Reporting: processing credit card payments for customers' accounts, entering daily deposits and reconciliation, assisting with daily invoicing and month-end reports.
• Team Support: cross-training in the different functions within the department.
