DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to support a U.S.-based transportation and logistics company from the Philippines. You will record vendor invoices, prepare weekly check runs, invoice clients, and follow up on collections to keep financial records clean and up to date.

You will work overnight or within US hours, using Excel, QuickBooks, and Syncore. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

• 3+ years accounting experience in AP/AR, billing or collections.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks or similar software.

We are looking for a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the transportation and logistics industry. In this role, you will support the company's day-to-day accounting operations by accurately recording vendor invoices, preparing weekly check runs, invoicing clients upon order completion, and following up on collections. You will play a key role in keeping financial records clean and up to date, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting the Executive Team with year-end financial reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Accounts Payable Processing
• Entering all vendor invoices into Syncore and/or QuickBooks
• Preparing weekly check runs based on cash flow
• Accounts Receivable
• Invoicing all clients upon order completion
• Making collection contacts on a routine basis
• Issuing past-due notices and statements
• Royalty entry and submissions
• Assist with year-end financial statements
• Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions
• Any other tasks assigned by the Executive Team

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or collections. Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills: Very proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations). Proficient in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Familiarity with Syncore or other order management/ERP systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience in logistics, freight, or transportation accounting is a plus but not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 59,000 Industry: Transportation & Logistics (Freight Management / Heavy Haul)
• Job Type: Full-time Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
