DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based Data Entry - Accounts Payable Specialist in the Philippines to support a US-based construction company. You will manage vendor and subcontractor invoices, perform EPO/VPO matching, and ensure accurate, timely billing and payments from home.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting (AP/billing), strong English, and advanced Excel skills. Overnight or US-hours availability is expected, with company-provided equipment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounting, AP, billing, or invoice processing preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work overnight or US hours from the Philippines.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; able to learn new applications quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage requests for extra work quotes (EPO/VPO).
• Follow up on overdue builder invoices for timely payment collection.
• Handle disputes related to builder invoices, EPOs, and VPOs.
• Process builder payments and all vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Process subcontractor invoices with proper documentation; upload POs and perform EPO/VPO matching.
• Process and manage vendor, subcontractor, and builder backcharges.
